How much credit can I give to my customers?^ top

You can allow as much credit as you want to your customers. BUT if there is no credit on your reseller account, your customers won’t be able to call, no matter how much you have allocated them.

How do I make free* voip calls?^ top

Just download and install our application. Buy credit and you can make FREE calls to lotst of destinations worldwide.

Can I forward my calls to other SMSLISTO users?^ top

Yes you can - the callforwarding option in the client works with phone numbers, but you can also enter a (SMSLISTO ) user name.

Can I send Text (SMS) messages with SMSLISTO ?^ top

How long does my credit last for calls?^ top

At SMSLISTO , your credit will NOT expire.

What's the deal with the Freedays?^ top

Buying credits entitles you to 90 Freedays (unless stated otherwise). This means you can call all countries in the free* destinations list for 90 days at no costs. When the 90 days are over, you will keep your credit, and the normal rate will be charged for these destinations.

How much will I be charged for my calls?^ top

Nothing! - if you are calling any land line in one of our free destinations. Calls to non free countries will be charged the applicable tariff for the destination you are calling. Rates are in Eurocents per minute and calls are rounded up to next minute. Apart from that there are no other charges; no subscription, registration, or administration fees!

In the application, select "Tools" -> "Select Language". You can now choose from various popular languages.

"Fair use policy (FUP)" what does that mean?^ top

We offer calls to various destinations. If you make ordinary use of our services you will generally not be confronted with our Fair Use Policy; we reserve the right however to limit these calls if excessive or fraudulent use is suspected. Should you exceed our Fair Use Policy limit you will be charged normal rates for your calls. Please consult our terms of use for details.

How much does it cost for someone to ring my Voip-in number?^ top

This depends on where the other person is calling from and which telephone provider they use. The call should be charged at normal geographic rate (and if ringing from abroad a normal international call to your country) so the caller should check with their own telephone provider how much they charge for normal calls to landlines.

Can I become a reseller for SMSListo ?^ top

Yes it is possible to become a reseller. In order to be considered as a reseller we require a payment of at least 30 Euros by Ukash, Western Union or Bank Transfer.

Once we have successfully received your payment of at least 30 Euros you may contact customer services via the feedback option to request your status. The above criteria have to be met otherwise your application will be rejected.

Why am I not in the reseller list anymore ?^ top

Our reseller database only lists active resellers. Resellers who haven’t done any transactions in the last 30 days will be removed. If you process a new transaction you will automatically be included in the list again.

Why did I lose my reseller status ?^ top

If you haven’t processed any transactions in the last 90 days your reseller status will be removed.
You can still use any credit left in your account for personal calls. If you wish to re-apply to be a reseller we require a payment of at least 30 Euros by Ukash, Western Union or Bank Transfer again. Once we have successfully received your payment of at least 30 Euros you may contact customer services via the feedback option to request your status.
