How much credit can I give to my customers?^ topYou can allow as much credit as you want to your customers. BUT if there is no credit on your reseller account, your customers won't be able to call, no matter how much you have allocated them. How do I make free* voip calls?^ topJust download and install our application. Buy credit and you can make FREE calls to lotst of destinations worldwide. Can I forward my calls to other SMSListo users?^ topYes you can - the callforwarding option in the client works with phone numbers, but you can also enter a (SMSListo) user name. Can I send Text (SMS) messages with SMSListo?^ topYes you can, in your My-account you can find a SMS-tool. I am experiencing problems with my sound devices when using Vista^ topPlease make sure the voipclient is running in Windows XP compatibility mode. For more information please check Vista Help and Support. How long does my credit last for calls?^ topThe credit you have purchased will NOT expire. What's the deal with the Freedays?^ topBuying credits entitles you to 90 Freedays (unless stated otherwise). This means you can call all countries in the free* destinations list for 90 days at no costs. When the 90 days are over, you will keep your credit, and the normal rate will be charged for these destinations. How much will I be charged for my calls?^ topCalls will be charged at the applicable tariff for the destination you are calling. Rates are in Eurocents per minute and calls are rounded up to next minute. Apart from that there are no other charges; no subscription, registration, or administration fees! If you make a phone-to-phone call you will be charged a 5 eurocent starting fee. How can SMSListo keep their rates so low?^ topWe always try to offer the best prices possible and SMSListo constantly aims to negotiate better deals with suppliers to pass this discount on to our customers! By buying in bulk from major carriers and using state of the art technology SMSListo is able to significantly undercut other international call providers. In addition, low overheads and a no frills approach enable our customers to benefit even more. Can I get SMSListo in my favorite language?^ topIn the application, select "Tools" -> "Select Language". You can now choose from various popular languages. Can a company sign up?^ topYes, just tick the 'company' box when registering. The payment conditions and how the service works is exactly the same as for residential customers. "Fair use policy (FUP)" what does that mean?^ topWe offer free* calls to various destinations. If you make ordinary use of our services you will generally not be confronted with our Fair Use Policy; we reserve the right however to limit these free* calls if excessive or fraudulent use is suspected. Should you exceed our Fair Use Policy limit you will be charged normal rates for your calls. Please consult our terms of use for details. How much does it cost for someone to ring my Voip-in number?^ topThis depends on where the other person is calling from and which telephone provider they use. The call should be charged at normal geographic rate (and if ringing from abroad a normal international call to your country) so the caller should check with their own telephone provider how much they charge for normal calls to landlines. Can I become a reseller for SMSListo?^ topYes, it is possible to become a reseller. In order to be considered as a reseller we require a payment of at least 30 Euros by Ukash or Bank Transfer. Why am I not in the reseller list anymore ?^ topOur reseller database only lists active resellers. Resellers who haven’t done any transactions in the last 30 days will be removed. If you process a new transaction you will automatically be included in the list again. Why did I lose my reseller status ?^ topIf you haven’t processed any transactions in the last 90 days your reseller status will be removed. |
